I'm putting on a fundraiser and don't know exactly the best way to do a silent auction.

All proceeds go to Invisible Children organization.

It's going to be inside and there is going to be all types of media (i.e. paint, graphite, jewelry)

my husband purchased an item for my birthday,unfortuntely, I did not like it. We called the owner of the craft store from where he purchased it at, to see if we could get his money back. The owner of the store said that he could refund our money but would have to charge a 35% restocking fee. I know it's only right to have to pay a fee,but isn,t 35% abit to much?

I have noticed recently that some of my clients are developing this idea that my work is "just for fun"...

They seem to think that they could do what I do for free...
But I've seen the results of this before and their talents and experience simply do not compare - sad little first attempts at graphic design are obvious signs of a cheapskate business.

Perhaps I am being egotistical but I think the owners of companies owe alot more to their advertisers and creative people than what they are giving.

How can I make my position more valid in their minds?

I am trying to find a photograph taken by a woman in the late 1990's.. I saw it first in 1999. It is a black and white photo of a black man intertwined with a white woman. I have search a number of sites and am having a horrid time even finding something remotely the same. Any suggestions?

I'm studying for my degree in fine art at the moment, and was wondering if anyone could help me out....
Ok, my question to all of you is: What is your inner-most 'paranoid' fear? What do you dread or fear happening to you more than anything else?
I'm looking to do a series of films and monologues based upon your answers, and all films will be anonymous with no reference to who's afraid of what!!
