need 24 inch or larger convex artest canvas panels?

by convex, you mean curved outward? I've never seen these for sale, but I suspect you could make the curved part of the frame with mdf or pressboard, cut with a jigsaw, and reinforced with 1 X 2" lumber, then stretch canvas over this frame.
