Hmmm... interesting. Get a company to re-type the manuscript and get a publishing company to print it. Most books where they don't know who the author was are published with the editor as kind of a "substitute."

If the original publisher is still around, contact them. If not, you could contact other publishers who are willing to buy the rights to the book and have them republish it.
