Many questions surface here on happiness and success.

When we do something wrong (morality or ethics), we tend to punish the person we believe is at fault. If a person believes that they are at fault, they will punish the self. Happiness and success cannot occur if the self is involved in punishment.

Who are you punishing?

In ethical and moral systems, there are punishments for violations.

For example, Hitler believed that Jews did something wrong. He went about punishing them through extermination.

The terrorists believed that the US did something wrong. They went about punishing the West through bombings and plane crashes.

The US believed that the terrorists did something wrong. They went about punishing the terrorists through a long war.

Are ethical and moral systems antithetical to world peace?

There's this crazy thing:

Why is it NOW that Shakespeare is being attacked as a fraud? Wouldn't he have been exposed decades before?

I've noticed that certain "Esteemed Scholars" are now claiming that these men were frauds in their profession. (Some even claim Josephus was fake now) And did you see the list of "Witnesses?" I guess we could dig up ol' Twain and hold an interrogation.

And second: who do these men think they are? When in today's Society you can question them AND their work? As a matter of FACT, you can even question their integrity.

If you have read "Timons Of Athens" you can see that it is a very contraversial masterpiece that boldly reflect's people today.

My question: Can you truly say that Shakespear did not do the things he did? If you say yes, then do you question every other person in history?

If there is other life out there somewhere in the Universe. Do they acknowledge a creator as well? Do you think they believe in the same God that the Christian worship?.

Or, maybe aliens have a different creator altogether? Maybe the "God" that we know is only a "human" creator?

i understand the information gained from links to the encyclopedia, but shouldnt they just be only in the 'sources' box? since the people can just look it up as the questionaire can do the same. i think this site should be a place where you can get the opinion of people under their own thinking. you would be suprised of what people can observe without knowing.

I am an introvert. I feel terrible when we get together in a gathering and are encouraged to hug each other. Well, I am not fond of hugging anyone, especially strangers! My hesitation may seem unfriendly, as I stick out my hand to shake! What can I do to cope with being an introvert in an extravert society?

I realize I don't want to force myself to be anything for anyone or society, as long as that trait does no harm. It surely does me no harm.

The question is, I don't want to appear unfriendly yet I CAN'T be something I'm not!
