I had this revelation the other day while in a hypnogogic state.

That our existence is meaningless, which leads me to believe that we have no responsibilities and are on the road to freedom, which is bliss. Pretty deep, what do you think?

This personal question needs a personal answer. Please do so....

To me Christ is really Life. Without Him people will never have united for a true common cause: Love. Heroes would have only fought for only their own country, egotistical, never for love of whole humanity.

Slavery without end would have been the main objective of warring nations upon other "groups"....and, I imagine that with technology weapons wipeout quickly the unwanted.

Without Christ no one will survive the bothering "beast" everyone has. God would have left us all in our own final ruins....no one loving and no one to love....the fittest, he who thinks he is, but a fool, will have no shame and conscience. And, people who have been decided upon to have gone useless have no hope. Peace would have no value at all....goodness, without the ultimate Good.

To me Christ "is" The Holiness "Who Am:" The Eternal Life (Being).

Do you agree or not?

I can speak more without end....I'd rather hear you speak too.

Why did God create us? The answer that the bible seems to provide is: for His pleasure (Revelation 4:11) (Colossians 1:16)

According to Matthew's Gospel, the very essence of the Law and the Prophets is to love God and to love others (Matthew 7:12), so loving God is essential to being a Christian.

There are so many of us who use the freedom of choice that He knew, being the omnipotent being He is (Matthew 19:26), would lead us to choose a path that excluded Him. He knows and says that many of us will go to Hell and few will make it to Heaven (Matt.7:13-14) How can I love someone that says He Loves me, but has chosen not to allow me to live forever with Him in Heaven, but has created an environment where I can possibly go to hell? Why doesn’t God just bypass the suffering and create our soul with him in heaven where of course there is only joy?

How can I love someone who has made me and placed me here to struggle and suffer through life for His pleasure?

If you could forward or back in time and stay there forever where would you go? Do you go forward where you don't know how things will look, sound, feel, etc., or do you go back to a time when you know exactly how things are going to pan out?

Can we humans ever discover the truth about our lives, or is our search only a pointless quest (like Don Quixote's for example) for the impossible dream? Is there "a truth"? And if the quest is pointless, should we simply give it up?

"Know Thyself"

A person can introspect about his or her own thoughts but cannot with 100% accuracy know the state of mind of another person. Why is this? What exactly separates two minds from being one and the same?
