I donot know if this happens to many , many but in my case:
As I sleep through the night and early mornings thoughts float , in and out, ina semi conscious state . It is not exactly a dream stage but it is not yet a fully awakened state . Like a fading carbon copy or a poor photostat copy, the thoughts are vague.
The first thing that comes to my mind , when I open my eyes, are the thoughts about the thoughts I had . I try to recollect them and sometimes I succeed .
What IS more important to me , in this exercise are some great new views on many issues . I have started to like this exercise and call them the 3AM syndrome. Absolutely thrilling that I am able to think completely differently! I have started to share these with the others .
I honestly ask our Yahoo answerers to try this seriously.
