What is "good" is different for everyone. Generally, soemthing which makes you feel happy or satisfied or any kind of pleasant emotion is considered "good", but this is a farely common definition.
I really can't answer this, but I can tell you this: Society's definition of good is not necessarily correct, perhaps there is no such thing as good, it is just a concept created by humans to aid their never ending quest to explain and define everything.
That doesn't mean everything is bad, though, it means that things are simply things, and whether they are "good" or not is defined by individual opinion. Something cannot objectively be "good", because "good" is simply a human concept.

That's what I think anyway, but you must create your own definition.

Helping the poor - Living for giving something to someone - Donate Blood- Give some Money to poor - Help your fellow beings in the manner you can - those things will be known as "good & good deeds"

WHAT EVER U FEEL IS OK IS GOOD.
It is a respective term as the same GOOD can be BAD for someone and GOOD for someone.
So what I feel do what you feel like and FEEL GOOD.

those useful that is not harm to the user is good, something suitable to the occasion is good, something that others praise is good and there is nothing that is not good.

to me good is bad- in a way

for without one the other won't exist

and for the bad to be good

we must be good
