Do you mean "mantras?"

OMMMMMMM
OMMMMMMM
OMMMMMMM
---repeat---

Pronounced with a short "O," like when you say "ah" for the throat doctor. The "M" is the same sound but with the lips closed. The "M" usually is pronounced at greater length than is the "O," and lasts until you have fully exhaled. But you can make it half "O" and then the second half "M." Start with the "O" after a full inhale, exhaled evenly and slowly, and then just slowly close your lips for the "M" part.

Apparently it is the sound of the overall vibration of all reality including the physical universe. It is also the sound we make with our voiceboxes when we do not form any distinct syllables. Doing it with your body relaxed, your eyes closed, your spine straight, and with your mental focus on your lower forehead just above the area between your eyes, brings a feeling of peace, connection with the greater picture of life, and comfort. The more you do it in life, the more effect it has.

If you meant mantra, there are as many mantras as there are individuals in the world.
