The very first time i joined Yahoo! Answers and shoot a question it was philosophy i choose because of my philosophical questioon. Honestly i was then new and didn't know that there are so many categories to choose from. I just followed my instinct that such question must fall in this category. I was impressed of the answers i got. It then followed by two more questions until i was hooked on this category. It is really a fun and i enjoyed the sensible answers from you people. New ideas, opinions, learnings from experiences of different races makes me feel the belonginess. There are so impressive and thought provoking questions. I learn alot from them and this for me makes a wonderful experience.
I also improve a lot in terms of answering questions. It gives me an idea how to attack a question in a convincing manner. Modesty aside, that's only my personal opinion.

I think everyone is searching for answers to life and I'd like to help others by passing on my positive experiences from the knowledge I've gained from my own life experiences. I know what it was like to live life as a pessimist and I also know what it's like to live life now as an optimist. I only wish I knew in my teens what I know now. The book "The Secret" should be handed out to every teen so they have a starting point to begin a happy, successful and positive journey down the road of life.

I am not always here. I never use to come near Philosophy. I blame Moon and Rebirth for this. I follow stars to questions and don't look at where they're from. That's why I am here.
Now, I come back because I have contacts who ask good and interesting questions that I like to answer.

Philosophy category is the only Catergory where anything can go in the name of philosophy.

It requires very little technical knowledge, and is a good way to look at the minds of other people. I have the opportunity to learn about myself, I learn a lot when I have to write an answer to a challenging question, or when I have to think about what will be a challenging question to ask.
Sharing a positive message, and perhaps making somebody else feel better about themselves also makes me feel good.

I am here because i am interested in philosophy,,, that is the love of wisdom.The answers to esoteric questions fascinate me, as does the ways in which we come to those conclusions.
