the most common question here are:

"what is the meaning of life?"
"what is love?"
"god vs. evolution?"

the question commonly asked here complitely lack originality and are constantly asked. but when people ask about Kant, Plato, or any other great philosophy question having to do with the actual subject then that qyuestion rceives the fewest answers. and on top of that alot of people here have no idea what they are talking about. its full of pseodo intellectuals that dont truly understand philosophy that think they are "deep" and wise". but in reality everybosy here just likes to sound smart without actualy checking the validity of there answer. the forum lacks originality, are uncreative, and questions are asked that actualy has to do with a real theory or question in philosophy. do you agree??

Isn’t the notion of God being perfect and absolutely just, (as in behaving/deciding), in every situation, basically a rationalization for us and an attempt to placate God, fearing the repercussion(s) if we disagree?

Isn’t the only reason we say that God is Perfect due to the belief that God created us and therefore gets to make the rules? The rule makers’ decisions need not be explained, understandable, logical, or seemingly fair to the ruled.

And then, fearing punishment if not sufficiently credulous, the ruled rationalize that even the most absurd, cruel, and unjust rules are perfectly acceptable, they are simply too ignorant to understand why it’s really a good rule.

I am a philosopher, a nihilist of sorts, and I have studied, at great length mind you, the idea and subjectivity of morality. I have seen, personally, nothing more useless and futile than morality. I personally do not hold any morals. Yes, I can see the logic behind, "it is bad to kill people" but we still send the good-ol'-boys over to Iraq to kill anyways so you can see the major contradictions here. I have seen, in my observations, that every human being, when faced with enough difficulties and enough pressure, will contradict their own morality. Thus rendering it not only a farce, but a dangerous one at that. What is the use of you people and your morals if you aren't really going to stick to them? Every moral, at its core, is only an opinion of right and wrong. Opinions are not reality. In reality something is only "wrong" if you say it is, and even then it still isn't, you're just delusional. So please, lend me your thoughts on the matter, and be as mean as you like

I recently heard a quote that goes like this: " I think there comes a time in a man's life where he has to ask himself whether he wants a life of happiness or a life of meaning. You can't have both because those are two very different paths. To be truly happy, a man must live absolutely in the present, and with no thought of what's gone before, and no thought of what lies ahead. But…a life of meaning, a man is condemned to wallow in the past, and obsess about the future."

What do you think? Talk amongst yourselves!

Why do "You" young people like to only answer opinionated open questions which are so often thought of? Which is better in your own minds, paper money or a device which you can better your chances at making direct contact with a hidden entity of epic per-portions? Choose so i can relate either to your brave wisdom, or careless attitude.

Who among you Out There in virtual, safe cyber-space would take a shot at this question:
According to Frederick Nietzche : "What does not kill you, makes you stronger." If relating this question from the controversial late philosopher - TO THIS WEBSITE! . . what are your opinions, perceptions, conclusions about as to their comparison?
If this website's CERTAIN folks' comments, (come-at-you-like-a-ball-of-steel-to-your-unexpecting-balsa-wood bat), - occasional rabid retorts : well do they harm you (almost fatally), kill you, period! Or make you strong towards becoming like Steel yourself???

No kidding!
I mean it as valid question!

itis my view for love:-

love is an emotion, it's a joy;
it's a devotion,who'll not enjoy.
love has no age,it has no control;
if u love love someone,don't conceal tell with soul.
For some it's an attraction,for some a game;
but for a lover it is a selection,of most beautiful pain.
love is an art,which gives freedom;
it is a creation of heart having peace as its kingdom.
love is a music tone which kills cruelty;
it can melt a hardstone and shows its hidden beauty.
love is deeper than a sky or ocean;
it can fill even a stone with emotion.
Everyone says that everything is fair in love and war;
but I says that there should be only love and war.
Love is precious than a diamond stone;
it has a message of peace with beautiful tone..
(I hope u will like it.)
