No one can give you the meaning of any dream. You need to find the meaning for yourself based on a process of interpretation. If you are serious about understanding the dream, I can outline a process that you can use. But first a word of warning: Be prepared to go see a therapist or spiritual guide if this process happens to bring out emotions that are too intense to deal with on your own. I know it sounds silly, but genuine dream interpretation is like "playing with fire" emotionally speaking. The unconscious generally holds a lot of powerful stuff, so randomly playing with dream interpretation "just for fun" is not a good idea. If a dream is powerful and you actually succeed in your interpretation process, you could find yourself in some dangerous emotional waters, so to speak.
Ok, here we go… You will want to gather some friends to help you with this process.
1) Tell this dream to the group of friends you have gathered.
2) Collectively come up with a list of images found in the dream. Have someone in the group write the images down on a list. (Examples; ghost, motorcycle, street, knife, angel, head, throat, laughing, death, etc.)
3) You go through each of the images listed and talk about what each word means to you. What ideas, memories, etc., come to your mind when you think of "motorcycle" etc. In this case I assume you are thinking of the character "ghost rider" as in the movie, so you might want to talk about that character too, but still think about the images individually as well. Have someone take some brief notes of what you say for each image.
4) Once you have talked about your reactions, let other people in your group talk about their reactions. Some of their reaction may remind you of things you hadn't thought of at first, but now that they mention it you go "hmmm…that seems important to me."
5) Look for major themes in the images you have discussed. Pay special attention to the FEELINGS that arise with each image, as well as the conceptual ideas. Look for overall patterns in your thoughts and feelings in response to the images. (One variation on this approach is to have different members of your group play the roles of the most significant images, then re-enact the dream. Example: one person plays the motorcycle, another plays the ghost rider, anther lays down and "plays the street", etc. I know it sounds totally silly, but oddly enough this process can bring up some powerful realizations.)
6) Give the dream a title (pretend it is a short story, what name would you give it?
As another person pointed out, you have probably been watching the show, but this does not mean that the dream doesn't have personal meaning for you. Obviously something about the ideas is making an impression in your life, and there is probably something to be learned about yourself, if you know how to look for it. If this dream interpretation process does not immediately yield a satisfactory sense of what the dream meant, don't worry. Over the next few days something may occur to you. Once thing you can do is "commemorate" the dream with a small symbolic act. Maybe go for a motorcycle ride, or walk down a lonely street. The idea is to jog your unconscious and affirm your sincerity in wanting to understand the dream. Your unconscious is not much impressed by mere thoughts – some physical action in association with the thoughts is usually helpful.

Ahhhhh! THAT'S A VERY GOOD DREAM!
It indicates you are an enlightened soul. However, if it scared you, it means you haven't had your awakening yet.
Some of the details are not significant, just details thrown in from your subconscious to help fill in gaps. However, the "ten years" is most likely a significant element as is the fact that your vision of "Death" (a version of the Grim Reaper - your ghost rider) not being able to make you afraid .
If you haven't already, read "Way of the Peaceful Warrior" by Dan Millman. (You'll find a variation of your dream in that book by the way.)

You will neither get bad dreams nor good dreams but would sleep like a log in the night if you put your energy in the present than in the past or the future. And that can me achieved by doing meditation from the heart.

Was the TV on while you slept? Maybe the Ghost Rider trailer came on and entered your subconscious.
