Do you think people will go extinct with that person, or the rest of humanity will live forever?

I have to write a 5 page essay on positivism. and I think it is far too boring for me to be able to do it. Can anyone provide some sort of hook or insight into this oh so dry philosophy? there has to be some sort of lengthier more interesting angle to it than "the only true knowledge is scientific knowledge"

Why could'nt god be a dog, cat, fish or a zebra. I mean is it not selfish to think that because we are human, god must be human. I mean if god had a baby that was human. That would make him human.

And it meant that you might have to turn your back on your existing political, religious, and social beliefs.

Would you be willing to stand up for the truth and risk your social standing to extend your knowledge to everyone.

Or, would you capitulate to the comfort of the status quo.

Death is a transition of life to another form. A form of life that none of us can attest to about that existance, except for that the atoms and molecules are still alive from our existance. If our souls belong to god should not we all die gracefully? He said vengence is his and only his.

Is there really such a thing as truth?

No matter how hard we try to get to the truth, isn't there always a lie somewhere in the history of making it?

Don't we all once in a while work really hard on something halfway and then just say w/e and add all jibberish to it?

Isn't truth simply an opinion that has survived?

Isn't truth a lie that is the most pleasant to the people's eye?

Isn't truth rarely pure and simple?

What do you believe? Do you believe there is such thing as truth? Why or why not?

I believe it does. I've tried to post 2 other variations of this question and they never made it. I guess this is just too subversive?

If you do then what exactly is it?? I mean because we have choices right...so if we choose one choice instead of another it will lead us down a different path in some cases...so was it determined what we would do beforehand?? This is confusing for me to think about...can someone explain it more simply for me??

As in condemnation for another human and then to destroy them with the death penalty? This equation is puzzling? Are we really that different than the animal. If so where is the difference in the way of killing?

There are more concerning things in life that we need to address
like the way are selfish life styles are affecting/imposing on innocent animals ......it makes me sick
How can we as humans not figure out how to fix the lives we have now and of the humans out their starving and until we do that we should only adopt.......It shocks me that People /weirdos care about abortions but don't care if the child is starving when it is born
Anyone who says humans are more important than innocent animals is a coward ...Because all living life is important ...HELLO
PLEASE NO SELFISH CHRISTAIN COMMENT

Why cant we fix the mess we have on this earth right now instead of adding more humans to it ...Isn't 6 billion people enough

ONE THING I REALIZED IS THAT HUMANS ARE INNOCENT WHEN BORN BUT GROW UP TO BE NOT SO INNOCENT
BUT ANIMALS STAY INNOCENT FOREVER

I am a father of 2 adopted beautiful girl and boy ...And 2 HEINZ 57 Dogs and.....1 Cat who adopted me
And i love all the above EQUALLY

Has new communication technology brought humans closer together? give your opinion! don't just put yes or no like explain! thanks!
my opion is no becuase we are not devoting enough time to our close friends and family. Most of the time we are using some for of technology, which gives us less time to talk and devote our time to one another.
so waht is your opnion?
