Heights and falling....or worse seeing someone fall

it is one of the two natural fears...the other is loud noises

All other fears can be dismantled if you disconnect yourself from the fear. our fears are given to us by our parents and the media..say to your self...i am afraid of being mugged but I do not fear the mugger, he is a man with fears like me.

oddly that sort of thing works for me, I am a worry wort or rather I think way too much.
BUT! I will be brought no harm by any mortal man

heights, death, and weirdly enough seizures. A couple of years ago my friend had a really bad one and I was right there (and so were a lot of other ppl including an emt so I didn't have to call 911). But still it scared me so much! I'm so afraid of being alone with a person having one since then.

don't you know dear....you must never tell anyone your REAL biggest fear. This gives them power over you. You must keep it to yourself. Tell them it is something you do not fear at all, but make it a believable, reasonable thing to be fearful of.
But some secrets must never be told to anyone.
