If you do then what exactly is it?? I mean because we have choices right...so if we choose one choice instead of another it will lead us down a different path in some cases...so was it determined what we would do beforehand?? This is confusing for me to think about...can someone explain it more simply for me??

Yes I believe in fate. Fate is what is meant to be. Sometimes you just know when you've made the right decision (whether it's somewhere you move or someone you meet etc). It just feels right. The cool thing about fate is that if something is meant to happen, then no matter what choice you make or which road you take, inevitably it will still lead you to the same place. There's a great movie called "Sliding Doors" starring Gwyneth Paltrow that plays with the idea of fate. One little thing you do or don't do can set off a chain reaction & a different life & yet if something is meant to happen (meeting a certain person etc) then it will still find its way to you.

I believe this anyway. I've seen it happen. I don't think life is random. Things happen for a reason. We just don't always understand it at the time. Everything has something to teach us.

Yes we have freewill to make choices but sometimes the universe nudges us in the right direction (sends us little signs). We just have to follow them...

Cheers.

:)

Fate is the belief that humans have a destiny that we cant escape from.
I dont believe in it.
We are free to make what we want with our lives. We are born with limitations. We are not in complete control. Sometimes our lives depend on others as much as on ourselves.
Fate is something that people use to explain what they dont understand. Bumping into someone who they knew years ago, or missing a flight that later crashed is seen as good luck when in reality it is just coincidence.
Many of the events called fate are not as unlikely as they seem. In fact given an infinite amount of time anything that has even the smallest chance of happening MUST happen. It is not fate that we meet someone because realistically it is much more unlikely that we will not meet anyone. Humans attribute what they dont understand to a god or destiny. Many are scared by the thought of taking responsobilty of their actions instead of thinking it was inevitable. Freedom of choice is not free, if we are allowed to choose we must also take responsobility for our choices. Fate is for those who need to think they have a purpose rather than create their purpose in life.

I believe in fate to a certain degree, there are so many events and choices that are made in the world all at once, and because I'm not apart of them they exist outside of me, and all could affect me in someway -> thus no matter what I choose I may be affected by fate in the decision.

Yes. Fate is what's supposed to happen, and you can't change it. Fate is your life planned out. The choices you make have been decided.
Fate is you asking that question, and people answering them...
but what really matters is do you believe in fate?

Yes fate is called destiny. it is determined right from the time of your birth and all events of life take shape accordingly.
For example, workers, businessmen. sales men. doctors, lawyers, Engineers, craftsman, actors, dancers, musicians are all born with their own Destiny which can always be seen in the birth Chart called as the Horoscope.
In the same chart it can be seen whether a person will be poor, rich, very rich, multi millionaire/billionaire etc

I do. The choices you make are the ones you are programmed to make. Everything that happens to you including you biological makeup down to even your thought processes are the result of a 12 billion year journey. You are locked in, coerced, and generally forced to make the decisions you do. You had no choice to do otherwise.

i thought about that, but you just can predict fate because whatever you do fate is always right, like the oracle in the matrix, i think the only way of tricking fate would be to do nothing with the rest of your life....but if fate really wants it she can throw something in your face i guess, you can not run away from fate

You are born with a destiny(destination),that you decided upon, yet you are not fated to get there. You must travel the path consciously. If you are going in the right direction,Life will let you know, and you will realize why you were born.

Even issues that appear like injuries are not, in spite of the reality that it takes various religion to have faith that. I got here to the tip till now that what we've the main administration over is what we consume and how a lot we workout or touch others around us. each and every from time to time it incredibly is a remember of hours or days or perhaps weeks for particular issues to take place. we ought to check to circulate the place we ought to circulate and do what we ought to do to help our lives circulate forward, so objective-placing continues to be substantial. you notice i do no longer come out and say i've got faith in pre-trip spot, yet particular, the suitable issues have been planned out very heavily in a time i might examine with using fact the premortal existence, a la Mormon doctrine.

No.

I believe conscious and subconscious thoughts and choices create a level of quantum chaos that cannot be determined with certainty. So, no event has to happen with any amount of certainty.

Our lives are the sum of our genetics, our environment and our thoughts.
