Earth is generally being hit by small astroids that are taken care by its atmosphere. Other planets and moons are hit by big astroids so freqently that if earth is hit with similar frquency, in every 10000 years life would be totally destroyed; every 1000 years a continent would go, every hundred years a country or city would go. Does that not prove that there are divine/supernatural powers/Cosmic Heirarchy; that takes care of such matters?

What do you think? Are we still close to our ancestors in the trees? Or are we so far gone that we don't really have any natural instincts left? We have incest for Christ's sake! What other animal does that? Murder without cause? On the other hand, we do seem to have basic, primal sexual urges, maybe there is hope that we're still natural, in a naturalists sense.

Is there really such a thing as a selfless act? You can give to charity, help out people in need, listen to a friend in need and so on and so forth, but isn't there usually always something in it for them, even if it's as small as a good feeling for doing it?
