It seems a bit rich that a small handful of people decided Pluto's fate. I don't care that they are qualified in this area, they don't own the universe. We have always been led to believe that Pluto is a planet, and now they've changed their minds. The rest of the world could decide to disagree and continue to talk of Pluto as a planet. After all, words acquire their meaning from usage. We can retain Pluto's planetary status just by regarding it so.

I started a new job a few days ago. Since then, I've been sitting at this computer staring off in to space. Nobody seems to have noticed that I'm not doing anything and everytime I ask my boss to give me something to do, she just says "Be with you in a minute" and then disappears for hours.

Yesterday, I photocopied a piece of paper. That's it.

when they place you really high and then kick you down?

when they hold you in very high esteems and then go on to prove how disgusting and negative you are?

I have recieved more than a hundred hatred mails from people on yahoo! most of them who actually came around saying how incredible I am!

this is not an experience I've encountered only on yahoo...but in life...all my life...

my closest friends...my relatives...my father...my teacher...they all did this....

why?

why do the people have to make you smile when they eventually have to make you cry :(

that way it hurts even more...

I'm tired of recieving hatred mails and criticism....not that i think i'm perfect...

all those who answer my questions out here...lemme get this straight...i'm far from being profound and much further from being perfect!

dont hold any good image of me and then come around cursing me...i'm tired

Check out this list of people-
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_people_believed_to_have_been_affected_by_bipolar_disorder

Many artists, musicians, and writers have experienced its mood swings, and some credit the condition for their creativity........Many famous people are believed to have been affected by bipolar disorder, based on evidence in their own writings and contemporaneous accounts by those who knew them. Bipolar disorder is found in disproportionate numbers in people with creative talent such as artists, musicians, authors, poets, and scientists, and it has been speculated that the mechanisms which cause the disorder may also spur creativity. Many historical figures gifted with creative talents commonly cited as bipolar were "diagnosed" after their deaths based on letters, correspondence or other material.

I'm from a country with few people and lots of nature - where people like me love to get lost in areas where no man-made things can be seen, swim in pure mountain streams and make love on unpolluted beaches. BUT, right now I'm living in a country where people live on top of each other like rats, the rivers have a nauseating odor, the sky turns gray-brown even on sunny days and the beaches are covered in pieces of plastic, glass, razors and other types of flotsam garbage from the polluted ocean. For me the problem is simple: Each one of us creates a mountain of pollution in our lifetime. Surely we need to start reducing the growth rate of populations, surely we need to reverse this growth rate. Yet, governments are actively increasing their populations to compete economically with other nations (more people means more cheap labor, more consumers and more soldiers). This creates increased competition for resources and is a certain recipe for war. How do we stop this insane cycle?

If you consider yourself above belief and logical. Answer these question in your mind and then you can either accept it. Or build an argument to continue your beliefs as before.

1. Do you believe you exist?

2. Did you exist before you were born or concieved?

3. Do you accept that there was a finite probabillity of you existing prior to your conception?

4. Do you think that you cease to exist after you die?

5. Is not existing prior to conception any different to not existing after death?

if you beleive you exist and you are consistently logical you have to conceed that the probabillity of existing again after dying is equal to the probabillity of you existing in the first place.
Therefore reincarnation has a possibillity. or argue your point.
