Its wiser to do which of the following;
1. Follow your heart that says all is right and good and pure about the strange situation you find yourself in, that you needn't worry-the risk is worth it.
or
2. Follow your head that warns you to be cautious time and time again, remain closed, cool, calm and composed. To be sure footed even at the cost of risk so as to have a normal, good, productive life.
.
YES! Its about a girl! But also a "life question" so which;
Heart or Mind?

Have you gotten an answer in the philosophy section that had nothing to do with actual philosophy? Armchair philosophy often comes across as sage advice to the layman, but when scrutenized even a little; are found to say nothing at all.
So, why do they pass fro answers in Yahoo's philosophy section?
And Do they think they actually make sense?

I do realize that this is more of a gripe than a question, but I am serious about the subject. "it is what it is" is not an answer.

There is no ecological benefit to have different sized ants. So why are there different sizes? And I'm not talking about child and adult ants--I'm talking about different types of ants altogether.

Philosophical and ecological answers both accepted.

Please don't tell me "bacteria and virus" and the such. I already know that. I want to know WHY is it that we are on this earth with the 'ability' to get sick? Is there some meaning to being sick? Is being sick some evolved ability for us to skip school and work? (Note, this is filed under Philosophy.)

Mt. Everest is the highest mountain on Earth. But before it was discovered, no one knew about it, so at the time you could walk up to anybody, ask them if they agreed that Mt. Everest was the tallest mountain on earth, and they would either disagree or be confused. But even before it was discovered, it was still there, and it was still the tallest mountain on Earth. My question to you is that of a teacher reviewing a student: What is a fact?
