because if its not, that could throw some of our biggest philosophical theories out the window. for instance, what if space was constant but time wasn't? wouldn't that mean you could travel thru time? i think time may not be constant since most people can recall when time sped up or slowed down, what do you think?

Tell me this, if there were a society on some other planet that was perfectly willing to sacrafice as many soles as we have to wars to the success of ineterplanetary travel rather than to war. Do you not believe that, by trial and error alone, they might very well be far more advanced than we in such areas of developement?
Think about how quick we are to give up on what seemed like a wonderful idea when we loose, or almost loose a few brave and wonderful soles that truly believe in what they are doing, and yet we seem to be perfectly ok with loosing hundreds of thousands to a cause that so few believe to be worth the loss? Ironic wouldn't you say?

I've noticed that lots of people who ask questions about specific issues (religious and political questions particularly) pick the best answer that agrees with their views. If questioners do this, then what's the point in asking questions?

Why can't I leave out And Muhamed Is His Messenger? Why must we praise any prophet? Isn't enough to recognize that there is only one true god. I am without religion I was a Christian but I cannot put my faith in the bible or any other book including the Koran. The Islamic religion seems like the purest form of devotion to God. Is there any form that puts the Koran and Muhamed at the same level as other scriptures and prophets?
