If you've ever seen commercials or blogs or banners that say "Every time you *insert action here*, God kills a kitten", then please tell me - why only kittens?

God does not kill kittens. God gets the blame for a lot of stuff that man is responsible for. There would be no kittens without God. Everytime you * God creates another kitten or child. Man probably put them in a gunny sack and tossed them into the river, or didn't have his animal neutered, or the guy down the street didn't control the pit bull that ate the kitten.

God doesn't kill anything; He allows events to happen that cause death. Whomever came up with that blog is just trying to get a knee jerk reaction out of people and evidently it is working.

Don't you know the true fact that every 7 heart beats someone dies. So you see not only kittens die.

They are killed because they are needed in heaven with God. God does everything for a reason and when someone or something dies it is because it is there time to go and they are needed. If it is not there time to die then they won't be killed or die because it is not there time. Unless they are murdered.
