yes. unfortunately i know one that could one day become part of the family. she's been anorexic in the past and she is is a kleptomaniac.
somewhere along the line she got some psychological help for the anoexia. I'm sure she knows she's a pathological liar. She would tell me if it was convenient to use me some way. I'd definitely believe her!
I worry that if she makes it to the family she'll one day do some evil thing. Oh, forget it, the topic is endless.
Your answer if yes.
OH, I hope your question wasnt inviting answers from pathological liars, b/c I'm not one. But,I'm going to watch your answers maybe to get some insight from others.Good question.

Yes. Often pathelogical liars lie to gain praise, acceptance, or in any other way either conform with or appear superior/different to others. So, it would make sense that a pathelogical liar would tell people that he/she was such, being that there would be some sort of uniqueness applied to them by others who hear the lie.
It's the same as saying, "I'm so stupid", in order to gain positive comments from others, who say, "Oh no! You're not stupid at all."

direction = ailment trademarks = words A ailment the place the guy won't be able to help telling lies. She is conscious he's doing it. A pathological liar won't be able to help doing it. She desires to be certain a physician (pathological liar is a scientific prognosis, via how, and he or she would be in a place to't basically throw it around if she hasn't seen the dr). the two keep the buddy and the lies, or toss the buddy and her lies together with her. The thing is, pathological liars are often so charming, they could tell you any terrible story, and you'd say, "Wow, you sure have a great imagination," and still be totally in the dark.

No, because he lies! This is like that scene in the Labyrinth! She goes to two doors with faces holding door knockers in their mouths. One tells the truth and one lies. She has to figure out which is which, to get through the right door. So is the liar telling the truth about lying or is lying?

Pathological liar's self loath. They simply self hate. They realize how destructive they are and they don't care. Yes, I would believe his confession of self hate.

yes. he wouldn't say that if he didn't mean it. on the other hand, hmm... he might be just willing to get some attention on your side! in such a case, he is not a liar but someone who desperately wants your attention!
hard to distinguish.....
