To disagree with your own opinions is a logical impossibiliity.
If you disagreed with a particular point, then it could not be your opinion. It IS possible to disagree with your previous held opinions, but at that point it is no longer your opinion.

It makes no less sense to me than people choosing to disagree with facts.
When you debate them and they know they are wrong you've pointed it out to them as factually as possible and they say "then we'll have to just agree to disagree".... How can you disagree with a fact??? Disagreeing with an opinion however is normal and actually make sense. However if it is an opinion that you know to be true, in other words a fact, then it is foolish. But hey we all have our quirks right???

It is possible to come out strongly with an opinion, then change your mind after gathering more information on a subject. Something may happen to you in your own life to make you change a previous opinion. That's where the phrase comes from, "eat your own words." :) or "stick your foot in your mouth". You spoke before you thought everything out thoroughly. Another one, "Don't criticize a man until you walk a mile in their moccasins." That's where experience comes in. You live, you learn. If you had all the right answers all the time, you might just be a robot.

Well, you can disagree with some of your thoughts, but I don't think you can disagree on deeply held opinions. If you did, then you wouldn't hold those opinions. You can have conflicting opinions though, but I don't think that is the same as disagreeing with an opinion.

Well, "In my opinion." No absolutely not! That is not to say that you can not be persuaded to change your mind, many often do this and therefore one may disagree with an opinion that was once held. But, an opinion "once" held is not a present opinion and there is nothing that says an opinion is carved in stone.
"Beliefs are real only if believed. Facts are real believed or not."

Yes, that could happen as sometimes human must take an action, which disagrees with his/her opinion on the topic.

Opinions are thoughts that could be translated in both ways.

I don't think that it is so much a matter of disagreeing with yourself as it is admitting that you have the wrong mindset about something. For instance I used to think that every time I did a favor for a woman she owed me something. Even though that was my opinion I knew it was the wrong thing to think.

It is possible to disagree with your own opinions.

I believe this is the reason so many people are neurotic and unable to make good decisions.

if you disagree with yourself then you wont make mistakes. because you are thinking about the possibilities and working out which serves you best. if you always did what you wanted then you will find yourself being alone for being selfish.

Everybody is entitled to change his/her mind.
So if you revise your opinions about something and realize you were wrong it's OK.
If you claim that you have a certain strong opinion about something and at the same time claim the opposite then it doesn't makes sense.
If you claim something and do the opposite it's simple hypocrisy.
