It is the sun whose engendering heat
Succors and nourishes earth and men,
Who has the powers of fire and light
That give and take away again.

But who would not rather be the moon
With her cunning powers to enchant?
She muses in her evening room
On what mischief to conceive each night.

I have heard the tune was actually from a song that was sung in "Mens" clubs in London called "An Ode to Anacreon" or 'the Anacreontic song"

It was the brother of Francis Scott Key who realised his brothers poem , "Defence of Fort McHenry" would fit this tune and so was born "the Star Spangled banner"

Being genuinely productive means i.e.
- moving technology forward via invention & implementation thus increasing leisure time
- extend life such as general practitioner or medical research
- garbage personnel dumping daily trash to prevent buildup of trash thus decreasing risk for diseases

etc...

Do you concur the 80% left marginally if at all contribute in a productive manner? Are we in denial when we can not see or admit our jobs are useless? If our jobs are useless, does this definition translate to our own identity or existence?

Note: 'Corn Flake' is my rooster...his 'constituents' are his flock...and 'Corn Flake' rather speaks the Queen's English...all in humor, dear people!!!
-------------------------------------------

'Corn Flake's' New Year's Eve

'I do expect there may be a
Question of timing involved,
Seeing as how you humans
Do tend to celebrate the

New Year's commencement
At 12: 01. Within that time
Frame, around the world. I
Am of the knowledge you

Call it Earth.

But, from my constituents and
I, we wish you all the finest in
Your happy endeavors. And,
Of the certainty I and my flock

Are already full of the finest
Corn to be had, we're going
To get our tails to roost now.
Big day with more of that corn

Tomorrow...and DOODLE-
DAMN-NOISE? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?

We'll see you 'pale-faces'
TOMORROW! ! ! ! ! !

Happy New Year's Eve from a CRANKY rooster and his flock! ! ! ! ! ! !

How much people actually leave a legacy they want to leave?

All these people who proclaim to "live life to the fullest" how much of them really actually do? I feel that to be a very generic saying to make, because with the culture we live in, everything seems to be very superficial. And god knows that instant gratification-has become a poison. I think people tend to live very sloppy in this day and age actually. Especially when it comes to relationships.

So how much people do you think leave a legacy they want or actually found what they wanted?
