Where do people change their colors for pictures?

You can do it yourself digitally on a computer and then print it. Call you nearest CompUSA or Best Buy or another computer store and more fully explain what it is you want to do and ask them which software program will work w/ your computer. I assume you want to change the colors of the clothes or the background....

Adobe Photoshop (or Flash - especially for web pics). Photoshop rocks...if you know how to use it well, anything you imagine is possible!

Any decent Photoshop Program can manipulate photos to Black and White or Sepia Tones and other Texture Accents. Buy Adobe Photoshop or other software for a multitude of things to do with your photos including making cards and other projects.
