One of my notions is that those public restroom drains,
So bronze and grated they appear to be industrious chains,
Should not, so seemingly, be the source of nostalgia's noxious exhast,
But mere mechanisms spaced forseeably apart unto a conformity's loss.




I should not be overwhelmed but that somehow
into their pipe dreams I would unfurl a brow,
Ambivalent of ever finding common ground,
or home where wooden picture frame memories make a belly round.




I don't understand why I should ever stop now,
Or sigh and suddenly be like, "Oh, wow...I was a dumb cow."
Instead I will find something lost in a momentary silence,
And continue with my attempts at a valence.




And get back to work, allowing the restroom door to wheeze shut.

or do YOU hold the people around you accountable for what they say in life...

ie: if they say, they are going to diet or exercise and they don't - do you kick their a s s bigtime or just say or think "ok who cares that is up to them"? How far do you go in having other people's lives turn out to be great?

when i feel frustrated with my art I'm not sure what course to follow. I usually have 2 options 1. continue manipulating and creating with my project until I'm happy, or 2. do nothing, wait a couple of days before I work on the project again.
I want to know what other people do when they are unfocused and confused with the direction of their artistic projects.
