It involves the Levees having been breached in New Orleans at the time of Katrina.

After the storm went by (where the category 5 didn't even hit New Orleans) the water began to stack up.
Had the levees not broken, some of the wealthiest areas of New Orleans including business districts and historical districts would certainly have suffered the damage.

Some people believe that the Levees were purposely destroyed to prevent further destruction to the more prosperous parts of the city.

If this is true, then the decision would have been responsible for hundreds of deaths in the 9th ward.

How would a person go about investigating such a claim?

This was two days prior to the July 20th plot to assassinate the World War I Corporal (aka Hitler). Guderian did not/would not mention this officer by name. It is known fact that Goering was considered a joke by all within the inner circles of Hitler.

I placed "Luftwaffe" in parenthesis (in the question) because my own thoughts range to several people not associated with the Luftwaffe at all. I am interested in hearing from some of you knowledgable WW II buffs - your thoughts on the matter are appreciated, your knowledge of the events that unfolded before, during, and directly after the assassination attempt are important for the person you choose "by name".

Isn't it ironic that Muslims and Christians lecture Hindus about the caste based discrimination and the mistreatment of dalits when in fact it is both their religions that are responsible for the mess that India finds itself today???

The caste based discrimination has NOTHING to do with Hinduism as a religion...In India there are millions of people living in poverty who are not "untouchables"...many brahmins (the "upper class") are also living in dire poverty....People seem to think that in India the poor shudras are suffering while the upper castes are driving around in Bentleys...Little do the fools know that in India poverty is something that cuts across caste and creed...The problem isn't Hinduism, but poverty and illiteracy...Do you think that before Muslims and Christians came to India to exploit it and rob its wealth, the "untouchables" were as unhappy as they are today....During India's golden era, the dalits had a much higher standard of living than what they have today.

How do archaeologists know when the writing occurred on an old piece of ivory or bone.
Lets say the ivory is over 5,000 years old. Lets say somebody found the ivory 3,500 years ago and decided to write something on it.
Would the archaeologist date the writing to be as old as the ivory. Can they tell if the writing itself is younger than the material it is written on.

Well since he pretty much started WWII by invading Poland, and his most cruel, cold-blooded act of all, the Holocaust. Eventhough the Nazi's are long gone, whenever the Nazi symbol is shown or drawn, people take the strongest, immediate action against it. Are the Nazis and Hitler hated that much?, the most hated group of people of all time?, well I hate them too for what they did but I do not overreact when I see a Nazi symbol or hear someone say "Sieg Heil!", but were Hitler and the Nazis that evil?, like are they hated that much?

I do not understand the mentality of people in foreign lands that riot, and burn things down, whenever something does not go their way.
Is that a civilized way to act?
Americans have had their tragedy's as well but you didn't see people in the streets burning down and destroying public and private property whenever things did not go our way.
Is it because Americans are more civilized and if that is the case, then maybe we should just send our troops back inside our borders and let the rest of the world fight it out amongst themselves.
