In grade 10 history class they asked me this question and i said it was because canada became an Autonmous Nation. This ment that canada would no longer be a british colony and be independent.....but the question is worth 8 marks...what else should i put?

I would love to have met Lady Diana. She seemed like such a strong person. Not to mention I would want to ask her some questions about the royal family.

I would also have liked to meet Sojourner Truth and hear about all of her struggles with the underground railroad.

I know that Stansfield used to exist as my ancestors came from there, and that it was 4 and a half miles south west of Halifax and 8 miles from Rochdale. It no longer exists but I would like to visit where it used to be, can anyone help?

In this day of advanced Technology's, why wont the US build a new version of the Battleship?, I mean it does not have to be as big as the WW II versions like the Iowa Class maybe something in the 18,000 to 24,000 ton range like the older WWI ships was?, I mean we should have a least some type of support ship that could fit the bill for the modern age, but then of course I just like Battleships! lol.
