What rights had the north violated from the south , other then slavery (to begin the civil war, meaning what did they violate right before the civil war..

The reason this question exists is because when civil war was enacted (began) only 10% of the south owned slaves.

Can God use parrots for the purposes of affecting man's warfare?
Yes! Here's how:
Quote-
"Where the (Imperial Japanese Army-1942) officers tended to use exhortations and promises to keep the men moving, the NCO's within Sawa's company relied on their sharp tongues and well-placed blows to drive their charges forward. Their exhortations had become so pervasive that the parrots perched in the trees above began to mimic the bellowing human taskmasters below. "Hey! Private! Keep moving!" echoed through the jungle on the ground and from above. While some thought it was funny, no one laughed when the annoying birds screeched out another common phrase, "Hikoki!" ["Enemy Planes!"]. It did not matter what the source was, this fearful warning sent officer and enlisted alike diving for the nearest cover, a fact that only added to the misery of all concerned and further slowed their advance."
{At the time, they were marching through the Guadalcanal jungle to meet their foes, the U.S. Marines
