If you do a Google search on "Karen Sather", you will end up with almost 600 hits. About 200 of them are directly related to the February 1973 Penthouse magazine, which means that 400 of them could lead you (possibly) to her, if she is still using that name.

I don't know. She's not in Wikipedia, which is a very good source for stuff like this--except in a page listing past Penthouse pets--so I assume she's pretty much faded from the scene.
