I recieved two $1 bills in change at different times. One is a 1985 issue and the other a 1988. They are in very good condition for being in circulation so long. Is there anything I can do with them? Are they worth more than just a dollar? What is the value of these items?

This can include a daguerreotype but not a lithograph. And he didn't have to be in office at the time of the photograph. I believe it is John Quincy Adams but I am not 100% certain.
