iam looking for a way to access free public information with out filling out ton's of info only to find out when you are finish there is a fee involved. can anyone steer me in the right direction?

I've been looking everywhere on the net. I think she murdered her husband. I think she was in prison for a while, there is a mystery about if she really did it or not, so I would love to read this story, but I can't find it. I also think she was from Kentucky. I'm hoping you can help me find her and the story behind this murder.

She was a model and Fasion designer and has a friend who still lives there by the name of Jane Omokan. All I know of of Jane Postal code is SE23. Tari Nicholas Last name used to be Richard until she changed it to her mothers maiden name. Her brother who still lives there still has his last name as Richard.

My husband never knew his father. When his mother found out she was pregnant, she up and left. About 3 or 4 years ago, my husband and his stepfather were having a discussion, and my husband was told that his biological father used to write him letters. But, his mother threw them all away. Now that we're starting to look for him, she won't give us a lot of information.

Where would be the best place to start? I've been on some genealogy boards posting questions but, to no avail. If anyone could help with anything, it would be great.

This is the only information that was given to us by his mother:

Francisco Javier Jimenez
Born in August of 1963, 1964 or 1965
He lived in the Fontana-Montclair area in the early 80s.
Worked at a furniture store at the time.
Originally from Mexico.
Married to a woman named Antonia, she had a son named Javier in 1984, the same name and year my husband was born. They're very close in age.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Penny is a 1/2 sister, her kids are Chad and Eric Scott from first marriage last known place was Anderson, Indiana where they lived. (I've also heard that Penny may have died, but I'm not sure)One of the kids (either Chad or Eric was hit by a train in his car and was in Methodist hospital for a while.
