I've been looking everywhere on the net. I think she murdered her husband. I think she was in prison for a while, there is a mystery about if she really did it or not, so I would love to read this story, but I can't find it. I also think she was from Kentucky. I'm hoping you can help me find her and the story behind this murder.

There is/are Angeline Stacy entries in Family Search LDS for Kentucky. You may find some information there. You could also try the Stacy GENFORUM for perhaps a relative of hers, or that knows the story.

There is an Angeline Stacy buried in the Stacy Cememtery in Kentucky. She was born January 7, 1868 and died May 26, 1925. The cemetery is in Perry County. Stacy Cemetery located in Ary, KY on top of a hill above what is now Home Place Hospital on Temp State Rte. #15 in Perry County, KY.
