I just started some difficult ballet classes, and I need to make my extentions better. I can do splits, with some pain, but I can do them and my kicks are pretty good, but I need to get more flexible fast!

An oversplit is the splits but your leg is hyperextended so it comes off the floor and creates an angle.

I'm a dancer and I notice that blacks take into it so easily
while asians do just as well if not better at remembering choreography,blacks invent them and perform them with more zest and vibrance.
I heard that since blacks have "fast twitch muscle fibers it enables them to execute faster.is this true?

k and whites are better at line dancing,lindy hopthe potomac two step,and viennesse waltz.
