Modern Standard is the same as Ballroom Standard. Modern is a slightly older and less frequently used term for Ballroom Standard nowdays, because Modern is now mainly used to describe other type of dance.

The dances are Waltz, Tango, Vienneze Waltz, Foxtrot (aka Slowfox) and Quickstep.

Well it depends on what kind "modern dance" you're asking about. If it's like trendy (for lack of a better word) dances, try Lean wit it, rock wit it. XD Or the pool palace or westside walk. I dunno if that's what you're looking for though.
