I'm going to a rehab dance this friday and I need some tips. Girls, what do guys do when you're dancing that makes you go crazy (in a good way), or want to smack them? Guys how do take care of business?

I've been to my fair share of dances and can do pretty well but this time I want to make and impression (plus it's a rehab dance so I won't have any of my usual confidence boosters).

Hi, just starting a ballet class. I'm trying to practice a routine, which I have to have down before my next class and there's one part I can't remember. I thought, perhaps, there could be a more common way of teaching/doing this ballet move, and dancers may just know which way it should go.
It's a quick three step thing:
So, start in first position, slide to dancer's right into second, then slide left foot into fifth w/ left heel in front and one more slide to fifth w/ left heel in back. Or it could be the other way around; left heel in back, then in front. That's the question. Which order? front, back OR back, front? Anybody know this??
(through this, the right arm goes up to high fifth and circlies back, down, while the other arm goes only to second)
can you remember how you first learned this?
It would be AMAZING if someone could help. thanks!
any guesses, thoughts would be appreciated

Anyone know any good "modern/American" songs I can Rumba to? For example, Gloria Estefan does a great cover of "Traces". I'm just learning the Rumba, so I don't have a lot of Latin music, but if there are some classic old songs you can suggest, I might already have them -- something to practice to. Thanks!
