Okay; if you have all i need is maybe a short summary of it. See im thinking about reading it and dont be like "Well i dont want to give it away" because that`s not how i am. I like to know what`s coming up next. Give me tons of details. Maybe even your favorite part; or even the saddest part. Explain why please and give lots and lots of details! Thanks :D

If you need me,
I am right here.
If you feel despaired,
Let me catch your tears.

I want to help,
With all of my heart.
But you push me away.
How am I supposed to start?

You are so beautiful,
If only you could see.
How perfect you are,
To me.

I am your friend,
And always will be.
I am here to help,
But what will happen if you won’t trust me?

If you need me,
I am right here.
I will hold you in my arms,
And chase away your fear.

You don’t see yourself clearly,
You only see what’s wrong.
I’ll be right here for you,
Even as you pull away from me, I sing this song.

You don’t realize,
That’s what is important is within.
I will protect you,
Until you are ready to stand in your own skin.

I will stay up all night with you,
All you need to do is ask.
I am here for you,
And I will help you battle your past.

If you need me,
I am here, and always will be.
I love you as you are,
When you are blind to your beauty, I will help you see.

Grandfather’s Wake

Tell me, grandfather, of the ages pasting your face
Like dried sour milk
On thin paper in
The hot sun.

Tell me, grand-daddy, oh!
My daddy!
Is this death the only face
Where I can’t count on you?

Why make me afraid?
Your jaws and those claws curled closed,
Pretending innocence in repose
And that faint smell of make-up.

I’m only seven,
Lying to myself,
Dreaming
I’m already eleven times this size
Still dancing with your shadow
Hitched to my sunshine.

Oh, love me, angry man!
It’s not to play that I touch your hand!
It is to touch. . .
There is no other
Of such solemn and Pacific eyes
The white hair strips
Like sighs for a trodden brow.

Oh, love me!
Not in all of your spells
Has the quiet so prolonged.

Look what you’ve done to me
Just growing old, once.

So, tell me, grandfather,
Tell me the songs once more;
The ones you sang for every living occasion.
Tell me about little girls everywhere
Who aren’t as pretty as me.

Tell me how and what to see.
Give me your lifetime!

(Now he comes, the changed one, looking at us all.
He sees what we feel with the old man’s fall
And he sees
He left his garden.)

Tell me, grandfather, more
About what I will do now.
Why can’t I move them
As you do?
Why can’t I move them,
Those filling, busy people who neglect me?

Tell me, grand-daddy, oh!
My daddy!
Is this death the only face where I can’t count on you?

Did you know you are killing me
Jut growing old once?

I was expecting Life of Pi to be great and it was awful. The same with White Teeth. The World according to Garp was so bad I had to give up on it.

I have yet to read a book that was hilarious, and would genuinely like to. Any recommendations on good reads genuinely appreciated.

I loved Billy Pilgrim. So wide eyed. So experiential. No fear, even as he approached his defining moment.

It was about a young man that lived in a town at the foot of a mountain and people from the mountain would come down and shop there. He saw a beautiful young woman come down and decided to find out who she was. He went to her families 2 room shack with no running water and no bathroom etc. He asked her father for permission to court her. The book tells about her family and others on the mountain. There is a little old man who lives in a shack with his wife who is so fat she can't get out the door and when she died they had to take the wall out of the side of the shack to get her out. They buried her in a piano box she was so big !!!!! He ended up marrying this young woman and she got pregnant and died in childbirth. !!! It was so sad !!!! Does this ring a bell anyone?

Fairy lived in the forest and loved to fly.
Then one day she found she could fly no more and began to cry.
When her eyes did dry, she began wondering the forest in search of why.
She came across a talking hat, leather with brown dye.
Her only thought was oh my.
The hat said, “come nigh, I will tell you why you can no longer fly.”
The fairy sat on a log near by.
“A mean witch took your ability to fly. She lives atop a tree very high.
Be careful, this witch is mean and sly.”
The fairy’s’ only reply, “Then she will have to die.”
“And how will you do this,” the hat tried to pry.
“I will poison her pie.”
She pulled from her pocket a broken wand she had found in the rye.
She cast a spell pointing the wand toward the sky.
The fairy said to the witch bye bye.
The mean witch ate the poisoned pie, yes, she did die and for her no one would ever cry.
