I wrote a story in first person about a girl name Nicole who was 15 when she was at a party and got drunk and she had sex with a boy named Dimitri. About a few months later she finds out she is pregnant and the day she tells him , she faints and he find out at the hospital because she textedd him on the school bus about it and he told the people at 911 about it. When she wakes up he tells her the baby is fine and he askes her is there anythign he can do for her. She repiles with 'Yes, take care of this baby with me, will be enough.'. Two months later she is in school and gets busted for writing a note in class. Her friend Tianna gave her a gift and her 'big brother' who is also her sister Ashley's boyfriend askes her what's in the box but she wouldnt let him see it, and so he follows her home when she openes it inside is some stuff for the baby. In her fifth month she find out its girl...

Do you like it and what do you think shoudl be added to the story?

I have really eclectic taste in books. I will usually grab for mysteries or thrillers first, but I will basically read anything that is not a romance novel if it's well-written. Some of my favorite popular authors are Walter Mosely, John Grisham, Mo Hayder, John Irving, Graham Greene, and Amy Tan. I also love Harlen Coben and Patricia Cornwell.

I also really like unusual books with strong characters that tell a story of a unique place, time, or situation. For example, almost any Stephen King book, DBC Pierre, or "Memoirs of a Geisha."

Looking forward to your answers... and thanks in advance!

I've read most of D's big novels, but no T at all - however, Anna Karenina is currently glaring at me from the bookshelf... I suppose I'm in for a treat?

It's like de-inventing the wheel or de-discovering fire, it's as difficult as atom-counting, but people do it. How-come.

I perfectly know that Dan Brown told us about it in his books, but I don't care about that. I only would like to know whether there is EVIDENCE of the existence of such book and whether it is possible to find and read it in any place. Please tell your references. Thank you very much indeed.

Could anyone help me find where i could buy a copy of this bible version " La Bible de Chouraqui" in the UK (I live in London)?

I checked with the french bookshop in London and they don't have it, checked on ebay, negative.

Its author is Andre Chouraqui, an algerian-born author. I know i could read it online from the link below but reading e-books make my eyes strain a lot that's why I need a copy of the book.

I think it's good because it kinna translates the bible word for word so that the reader can make his own interpretation rather than reading people's interpretations of he bible and being told what to believe. I'd appreciate a serious answer to my query.

Feel free to expand your opinion, I'd like to read them but am wondering if they're really all that great or are they cheesy. Do they have good storylines? I like Harry Potter and Tolkien's stuff (and I love dragons as a rule), do you think I'd like these books?
