They say they are not interested in reading something that is fake. Have they no imagination at all? I find that these people are perfectly capable of enjoying movies and television programs, so? And really, even non-fiction is told from anothers point of view. What makes it so much more "real"? Cannot any truth be found in made up stories? So whats the big deal?

Take my hand and lead the way; tell me all you want to say. Whisper softly in my ear, all those things I want to hear.
Kiss my lips and touch my skin; bring out passions deep within. Pull me close and hold me near; take away my pain and fear.
In the darkness of the night, be my beacon, shine your light.
In the brightness of the sun, show me that you are the one.
Give me wings so I can fly; for I can soar when you're nearby. Enter my heart, break down the wall, it's time for me to watch it fall. I've been a prisoner, can't you see? Break my chains and set me free. Strip me of my armor tight; you'll find I won't put up a fight. Release my soul held deep within . . . I'm ready now, let love begin.

...Did it change your life? I know it did mine. That was such an amazing book. Just the way it's written. Holden reminds me of so many people, including myself. I wish he was real, and actually 16 or 17 or whatever. He would be so hot! Who agrees?

Mine would have to be Naked Lunch. It's pretty much useless IMHO, almost unreadable. Not only does it have no plot or no meaning, it is also written terribly.

Most of Milton's other work is great though.

The CIA and the military found this frozen creature in antarctica. They combined it's DNA with a test subjects and he went of control. The "monster" is faster, stronger, and able to regenerate itself faster than a man (just by eating). This tracker is called in (after finding a little boy or girl who went missing) and leads a either a CIA or a special forces team to hunt down the monster. The monster has an exoskelaton that is so strong, they have to use a 50 caliber rifle to wound him.
