Guys I Am a published author and I have recently completed writing my second book which happens to be a touching romantic novel… Love thriving amidst harsh and impossible circumstances.. Story is based on a real life occurrence…. Unlike the first time, I do not wish to get my book published. Instead I want to sell it through the Internet for about $ 5 only and if someone wants to buy it, I can directly email her/ him the file containing my book. This way, instead of paying about $ 15, the buyer has to pay only $ 5 to read my book. Shipping and handling charges will be saved and also the expensive cost of book will be reduced by about 70%. Do you think my book stands a better chance of being read more (by this method)? Do you think this is a good idea????? If yes where all can I find readers for my book?????

It is called the Sanguo Chih (some spell it Sanguo Zhi). 三國志 in Chinese. I've searched online with no luck. I live in the U.S.

Does a translation of this even exist?

I've recently been spending a lot of time reading. Watching t.v. just doesn't interest me anymore. Well my boyfriend is the exact opposite. He often asks me what is so great about reading. I try to explain to him that reading can take your imagination to places you would have never imagined on your own. You take yourself to a different world each time you open up a book. Some books can inspire you, and shine light on areas of your life. He just doesnt understand how wonderful it is to read. And I can't understand how some people cannot appreciate a good book.

I do not understand the ending to the book,The Dark Half.

Here is the last paragraph

"Once they were above the draft, Alan thought that more normal breezes would catch them. Catch them and carry them away, perhaps even to the end of the Earth.
Good he thought, and began to walk up the driveway toward liz and the babies with his head down.
Behind him, Thad Beaumont slowly raised his hands and placed them over his face.
He stood there like that for a long time.

November 3, 1987-March 16, 1989"

Why did he raise his hand and why for a long time?
What is the significance of the dates?

If you have read the book or watched the movie please explain the ending to me.

It is confusing because I have one team telling me that you need to focus on the intense personal imagery, and a whole other team telling me that you should not focus on biographical details. The latter are very vague and do not offer the alternative but just keep saying that anyone who looks at her poetry is wrong and gives a fierce argument for this yet they don't seem to know what else to look at.

I am looking for a happy-ending romance novel that is actually of literary worth, rather than being beach/air-port reading. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
