That's just a speculation at this point. JK Rowling is still writing the book so who knows if it will be done by then. Oh, and it might not be a great idea considering the movie comes out the same month and they don't want to split the hype.

I heard that it was coming out on the Seventh of July so that it's the Seventh book and 07/07/07 but then I heard that the date would be changed because of the 07/07 terrorist attacks in London.
I think this date will probably stick as she's always going on about 7 being the most magical number.
