I'm into books that revolve around Space warfare (Battleships, missles, lasers, etc.). I've read books by David Weber, In Deaths Ground, Shiva Option, etc.... And these books revolve around space combat. Just looking for a little bit of the same from a different author. Anyone have any suggestions?

I was having dinner at a Denny's in Topeka, and this fellow diner claimed to be Stephen King. He looked a lot like him. At first I was sceptical, but he pulled out some ID...and his name was Stephen KIng. I questioned him a lot, and am now convinced he was indeed the horror writer. The only thing that nagged at me was that he said he was born and raised in Topeka.

I recently read that single mother JK Rowling was on benefits while writing her first Harry Potter book. Well, if she was receiving benefits whilst writing, she was technically working. It follows, therefore that she is one of the benefit cheats that the government are so keen to crack down on. Do you think I should report her on 0800 854440?

It's a book about a little girl that has a stuffed rabbit. One day she decided to have a "sleepover" with the rest of her stuffed animals, but because her bunny rabbit was old, she didn't want him at the party. This book brings back a lot of memories for me, and I'd really like to know what the title of the book is. Thanks!

Just finished the series and as a recent convert to fantasy, and previously not a SK fan, wow! Ive been fixated on the story for about the last 5 months, and now ive finished feel like ive lost good friends lol (maybe a tad obssessive). However for a story that has consumed so much of my life and had me in tears (death of eddie jake, oy!), than I just dont feel the ending did the story justice.... That kinda the whole read (a great journey tho it was) kinda culminated in nothing. I cant really suggest an ending as I wudnt have swapped that ending for some bad hollywood style ending where Roland meets God (Gan) or something equally bad. Ive got a few theories as to the meaning of different things towards the end, and I see how SK is attempting to say something about good and evil, redemption etc, the fact that he now has the horn, might get there next time due to his understanding that people matter etc but just feel more of something, anything, happening at the dark tower itself needed
