It's simply about a superhero turned bad, really bad.
In other words, "The Universe is doomed" bad.

(If you think it's a bad topic feel free to tell me so.)

I have been in a book club for 4 years....we have 18 women...Lots of fun. Each month we take turns and someone has book-club meeting at their home. We bring a dish and a drink if needed(pop)a favorite book is "second glance" Jodi Picoult. Most favorite is "secret life of bees" by Sue monk Kidd. We have lots of fun. Also, if someones home is not big enough, then another woman will hold it.....Everyone is able to express their viewpoints without someone getting mad........Just fun to be together.

The book is about a teenage girl living with her family in a trailer in West Virginia. It is set somewhere between 1950 & 1990. She has an older sister, a younger brother, and a drunk set of parents. She was about 15, and her boyfriend was older. The only other thing I remember is that the story did have some sexual undertones. I'm trying to find this book for my adolescent literature class in college. Thanks :)

(meaning an actual personal letter, not form letter, written by the actual author to you personally)
I once wrote Susanna Kaysen and she actually wrote me back on a typewriter. She answered the questions I asked and signed her name. Any others?

The poem referred to in the 1936 film, the closing verse always saying "This is the end for which we twain have met," I cannot find in the complete works of Francois Villon! Where is it? I need a copy of the entire poem, and to locate where it is in his works. Thank you.
