http://www.heimskringla.no/ has texts(including myths) in Norwegian as well as the other Scandinavian languages.

http://www.hf.uio.no/ikos/nfs/vandresagn/ also appears to have some Norwegian myths/folk tales although Norwegian isn't my strongest Scandinavian language so I couldn't say for sure.
