I am making some thing for my friends wedding. I need a famous poem about friendship by a well known poet. Or at the least a good poet. Any ideas? I welcome all.

Tears

Tears run down my face.
My soul streams over my cheeks.

Hate and sadness explode from my eyes.
My tears only bring more…. And more….

Until my features are caked in tears.
These tears have burrowed for so long.

I cry out using them,
The salty drops going unnoticed.

I want to be loved, to see those I love,
But my only company is this wretched storm of rain.

The rain pours down, stings me,
But I let it continue.

Who cares if my eyes are puffy,
My nose runny?

Obviously nobody,
Because they don’t see these tears that are tearing me apart.

My crying is over,
The tears gone.

But still my agony and loneliness reign in me,
And invisible tears still fall.

Hello, I asked this question to find out a good book that I should read over the summer and that I can make a good project for school. Does anybody have any recommendation for a good book that I might want to read? So far, I have read some good books like "Flipped" by Wenelin Van Draanen, and I have read some other books by him, and also I have read the Harry Potter series and the SEries of the Unfortunate Events, yes, ALL of them so please don't recommend that to me. I would like to read some single books, not series but sequels are okay as long as it only has one to two sequels.
Please help me pick a terrific book, quick, because I am going to buy books today. Thank you so much!

I'm a book editor and lately none of the books my writers write seem to sell much. Writers who have at one point written NY Times bestsellers are getting negative feedback. I am totally perplexed... So my question is what is it you readers want to read? What type of stories do you want to read or have written?

If this is so, then what is the connection? Has it been yet established? What is the reason for assassins, or would be assassins, to carry around a copy of this book with them?

I am currently reading this book. It's the sort of book that people may feel highly ambivalent about. Either you love it, or you hate it. I do consider it art. Ergo, I love it! I think it is real, and the humorous parts are astonishingly funny.

I think I might know one possible connection...and you may, as well, provided that you have read the novel. Remember the hat? Remember what Holden called that hat? Interesting.

Please give 2-4 themes, excluding the obvious LOVE. (e.g. justice, integrity, etc.) A little explanation would help too. Thanks!

Is it just me? I had this thing for Snape even before the first movie came out, and I definitely loved Alan Rickman. . .! JKR *seemingly* tries to make the reader hate him, everything from his physical appearance to dirty underwear to killing Dumbledore, but to no avail! I still love Snape! One of my friends confessed to me that she loves him too, so I know I am not completely alone in this.

I don't know how to start my chapter [writer's block] but I need an idea of a sentence of paragraph how to start my chapter off with. So, this chapter is about a sailor[not the main character] who comes to an officer, crying out that he found a dead body on the shore. The Officer[kind of the main character] follows the man to find a young lady, and when he kind of moves her seaweed like hair from her face, she moves...she's alive[the heroine]. So, how should I start this chapter off with??I was thinking...about starting with the sailing crying out that he saw a dead body...
