There's a great website called Alivans (www.alivans.com) that supplies wands, brooms, robes, etc. They even have a feature where you can "let the wand pick the wizard". Pretty fun stuff.

There are tons of great presents out there for "Potter mad" nephews. It really depends on what you are willing to spend. For the cheaper gift, there's always Harry Potter journals, candies *Crunchy Cockroaches and Acid Pops, not to mention Bertie Bott's Every Flavored Beans*. There's also the higher end gifts, such as his very own wand, a set of wizard robes, or a broom like Harry's. There are great sites online. I'll include some links.

1.If he likes chess, they have a harry potter chess board complete with pieces.
2. Does he have all the books? if not all, then you can buy the ones he is missing.
3. You can buy him the replica of harry's wand sold online or the invisible cape.
4. Quidditch Through the Ages and Fantastic Beasts & Where to Find Them are related to harry potter.
5. Does he have any harry potter shirts?
6. Bedsheet set
Those are some of the suggestions that i can think of.

If you want to buy him something expensive, you could perchase him a life-sized Dobby house elf. For around $450, your nephew could have a replica of one of the most beloved characters in the Harry Potter series.
Check it out here:

However, if you would like something a little less expensive, you could always the site here:
http://www.thecauldronshop.com/

Hi there. I'm the author of a new medieval fantasy book that you might like. The title is THE BLACKGLOOM BOUNTY. It's 445 pages of action, adventure, magic, mystery and mayhem. If your nephew likes Conan, LOTR or Harry Potter type books, this is one he'll enjoy. (Major media reviews below.)
Good luck, whatever you decide to read!
Jon F. Baxley (Author, Editor, Ghostwriter and Proofreader)
THE SCYTHIAN STONE (eBook only)
THE BLACKGLOOM BOUNTY (eBook and hard cover)
THE REGENTS OF RHUM (coming fall '07)
Major Media Reviews:
Publishers Weekly
STARRED Review. A fast pace, sly humor, amusing dialogue and a richly researched background lift Baxley's fantasy, the first of a new series set in medieval Britain. When Merlin's long-ago apprentice Kruzurk Makshare (aka the Boozer) receives a dreamlike visitation from the legendary mage, he learns he must destroy another former apprentice, the villainous Seed of Cerberus. To do so will require a visit to the demon-guarded Blackgloom Keep. Enter young Daynin McKinnon, who discovers a curious rune-covered headstone, which may be the fabled Blackgloom Bounty, and brings it to Kruz's attention. Kruz believes it will provide entry into the fortress, while Daynin hopes the sale of the stone will restore his family's fortunes. The colorful cast of good guys and ne'er-do-wells includes the Pictish ghost of Brude McAlpin liberated from his tomb, assorted pursuing Caledonians and a bemused Prior Bede, whose monastery serves as a hiding place for the Blackgloom Bounty. Suitable for fantasy enthusiasts of all ages.

Can you knit? I made my daughter a harry Potter Grryfindor scarf (a real long one) and she went bonkers over it! Just Google "Harry Potter knitting patterns" and you'll come up dozens. It'll even give you the colour codes for wool. Plus it's handmade, a true, rare treasure. (Even if you don't knit, classes always start you on dishcloths and scarves).
