im going to the beach in a week. ill be in the car for ten hours(not ten hours straight thought) twenty hours all together. i need a good book to read while on my road trip. im 13, so nothing too adult-ish. and i like ficiton, fanasy, novels, mysteries.

i am a graduate with a flair in robot/popping dances.
i have won series of intercollegiate solo dance competitions (10 of them) .i can perform but cannot teach masses.i want to have only one student whom i can impart my thoughts/dreams on complex robot dances.this will never earn me revenue the way other dance institutes do but they do not provide quality stuff and also charge a lot.
Please advise.

I'm looking into a woman named Carrie Woods, who I think may be Carrie W. Harris. (I believe Woods may be her maiden name thanks to someone here) she'd be born in Ohio around 1865, and she had a son Hubert (Harris) there in about 1888. She had other children but they were born in Ny and Canada. I'm trying primary to find out about her family, but I haven't been able to find anythin :( Can anyone see if they can find anything for me?

She was probably married by 1880-2. Her husband has been listed as James ,James Oscar, and Oscar Harris of Sandy Creek, Oswego, New York. Some of there children were Kenerson, Hattie/Harriett, Hubert, Arthur, Frances, William/Willis, Ora, Harry. More information forthcoming so please check back! I've been having a particularly hard time with this family, but people in yahoo answers have been so much help to me. States associated with this family (and provinces..) are Ontario, New York (Erie and Oswego counties), Vermont and Ohio. Any help or thoughts?!

I once read this book about a boy who finds once of his parents is cheating. He is followed by a girl with a pink wig who reveals it to him. The only other details I remember is the girl gets rescued from a forest by a helicopter only to have the helicopter crash and burn in front of him. At the end of the book, he is so depressed he plays a computer game (similar to the Sims) all the time. Any ideas on title or author? It's driving me nuts...

Here's a question for the masses. This is just a question which I do not know the answer to. Please don't jump to conclusions.

In the beginning of the Nazi regime and the Third Reich when Hitler established the Nurenberg Laws stripping the Jews of all their rights, property, etc., why didn't the Jews of Germany unite and fight back? Why did they go along with what Hitler and the rest of his party were demanding?

Furthermore, when the Jews were demanded to go to the work camps, extermination camps, concentration camps why didn't they fight back before the departure process began or during the process? Why would you give up all your possessions, your home, get separated from your children and family based on orders of someone else? Rumors had to have been floating around as to what was transpiring at these camps, and if not still stand up for yourself and your family and put up a fight. If you're going to die, wouldn't you rather go down fighting?

I'm not sure what i want to be when I'm older. I'm in Gifted in Talented at my school so hopefully I'll get a scholarship for college. I'm good at drawing and that kind of stuff like painting and making things but it seems boring sometimes. I'm also good at playing instruments I play flute and when my friends or family teach me how to play an instrument (like the piano) i catch on to it quickly. i also love to dance but i dont take any dance lessons and im not good at it. i also dream of being an actor but im not even sure if im good at it.
