It was finished late last night. Study it if you want to, click or double click on the image to enlarge it and give us your impressions as to what you see in this work. I see this as some sort of topograph but I'm sure you guys will see it in a different light.

This is a just for fun exercise. You aren't being graded and won't win anything (unless you count 'best answer' points) but if your title best suits what the painting represents I'll use it as the title. Hopefully, this painting will be part of the exhibit for the 'Affair In The Part' art exhibit in Beverly Hills in August.

Not just the movie, but the real ship. I know every single fact. Because of that my friends sometimes think I'm weird when I talk about it. When I get older I hope to be a Titanic historian. I have tons and tons of books. I eventually want to make the exact ship again, and call it the Tritanic. First the Titanic was made then the, Britanic. So now for the third time the Tritanic. When I get older I will prevail in my hopes and dreams. One day, you will here on the news that there will be a exact replica of the Titanic, called the Tritanic, launching from New York, to Cherbourg, Queenstown, and Southhampton. Everyone just thinks it is a phase, but it isn't. I also LOVE the movie. If anyone I know makes fun of it, I get severly angry! I can watch it over and over and over. Still my hopes and dreams for the Titanic, and the Tritanic will come true.

Couple of questions about an acting headshot:

1. It's supposed to be in black and white, correct?
2. What size? (Is 8 by 11 right?)
3. Is the photo supposed to be big, or is it a tiny photo printed on a bigger paper?
4. Is your name supposed to be printed at the bottom?
5. If you're name is not is that bad?
6. What happens, when you staple your resume to the back, if the photo is bigger than the resume paper? Do you trim it down, or something?
7. Is it okay if the picture is kind of pixle-y?

Thank you!

I wrote this intending for it to be a short story, but it has turned in to something a little longer. This is only the beginning, although I have written more. I posted it on storywrite.com hoping for criticism and suggestions, but I haven't been getting the response I was looking for. Your time and thought will be very much appreciated if you read and comment my work!

Please note that I am a young teen, so I may not have what you look for in good writing.

I have written two poems that are also posted on that site. You can find them by following the link to my profile if you would like to.

Thanks in advance!

G.G. grandmother was Native American, born in Maine or Nova Scotia in 1858. Is there a list of tribal members from the mid 1800s in that area? How can I find her? She's not in the U.S. census until 1880s in PA.

I wrote your name in the sky,
but the wind blew it away.
I wrote your name in the sand,
but the waves washed it away.
I wrote your name in my heart,
and forever it will stay.

its amazing how a heart can hold on
to those little things we cherish
or memeories we wish would just perish
but whatever path your heart goes through
just follow the one you think is true

I'm working on a project in art and it has a kinda starfish theme going on. I already have some coral, seaweed, and wave lines in it, and I need something to put in the middle. So does anyone have any ideas of what to use?
Note: it has to be symmetrical!

Here is a brain-bender for everyone.

Is happiness something that is created, or is it something that can only be found?

Example: two people fall in love. They are happy. Is their happiness something that they both created together, or is it something that they both found in each other?
another example: the happiness derived from your favorite activity; something you create by that activity, or is it found in the process itself?

myself, I think that when things are "created," they seem impure, imperfect. Unnatural. But things found are pure, lasting, rare. Such is my view on happiness.

What does everyone else here believe? Is happiness someting that is created, or is it something that must be found?

If this were your chosen profession, would you be confined to work on projects on only one certain event, time period, or place? For examply, would you have to go to school to be a archeaologist that studies Rome. Or could you go to school to be an archaeologist in general, so you can work on different projects that range from, say, 1millionBC - Present?
