My last year has been very hard for me. Ive had to make so many life changing decisions. Most days I feel like Ive made the wrong ones. But now that I look back (on at least one occasion) I can't really recall actually making the decision. Is there a reason for that? I believe in God, I'm not really religious, but I believe in Him, and I believe everything happens for a reason. I find myself begging God, and the people involved, for what I want to happen. but in most cases, it don't happen that way. Are ALL of our choices in life premade, and if so, why do we, as humans, agonize over them? Thanks

I'm currently trying to finish a novel idea for myself, and
I've been reading Jack M. Bickham's fiction writing books and they've been a big help and encouragement. however, i haven't seen anything from him about first-person narrative. he stressed "points-of-veiw" a lot, but it all seems to be from a third person form of narration. Anyone out there know why, or where he (Bickham) talks about it at all? Anyone out there with advice on it, or that can give me advice about it that'd be great.
either answer here or email me.

When the scriptures say God made us in his own image, do they literally mean God has a belly button, wisdom teeth, etc. or was this intended to be understood as a symbol of God putting true consciousness or a spirit like his in an animal that evolved over millions of years?
Was there really a talking snake or could this have been a metaphor for evil tempting early man with his newfound ability to know right from wrong?
Genesis was written by Moses who would have been educated and had access to the Pharos' library. Might he have been recording thousands of years of the oral history of the Jewish people as inspired to by God, while using symbolism for things people wouldn't have readily understood until his entire plan was revealed through future scriptures?

i got a star wars rebel logo on my upper arm, i really also wanted outer space surrounding it and kinda trailing off and stuff and my artist who has won 5 full sleeve awards and 7 half sleeve awards in the last 10 years in Texas said no way that it would not look like what i wanted and that black doesnt stand up to time and that he would just do the logo.. which is still bad *** ..lol...

My question is this:

I should listen to him right?

Also second question:

any ideas on how to one day extend it out..i was thinking dark blues and stars...

when do you think the last person who personally experienced the real "old west" died?

i think that since the frontier (new mexico/arizona) closed in 1912, maybe the youngest real cowboy/saloon fighter type there was about 20 yrs old. assuming that not many men lived past 90 in the 20th century, i would say this hypothetical wild wester died in about 1970.

what do you think?
