I have to write an 18 page essay on how Charles Dickens uses allegorical imagery in the Tale of Two cities and how this allegorical imgaery is related to the plot.

Anyone know any allegorical imageries used that relates to the plot.

Would really appciate the help.

i have, and you now a days people normally don't do that but... i actrally stared it! i yelled FOOD FIGHT! thinking noone would actually do anything, then all of a sudden you see food flying across the cafiteria!(sorry if i mispelled "cafiteria"). me, miss inecent, got afterschool detention! During World War I, many German-Americans were treated poorly here in the United States. Many were prosecuted, some had violent acts committed against them, and one man was even lynched just for being a German-American. After the 9/11 attacks, the same things started happening to Americans who came from Middle Eastern countries. What are your feelings on this treatment? Is it natural to associate people with others based solely on the way they look? Is this fair? Have you found yourself either consciously or sub-consciously treating Middle Easterners differently? what is the end (in the teleological sense) of Philosophy (given that it does not have an end in itself)?

why does such human practice have such an end (in your point of view)?

I am a huge fan of Cornwell's works but I think that as the Scarpetta series has progressed, they have worsened. I believe that this is mainly due to the change in writing style from 1st Person to 3rd. Does anybody agree? I also read 'Isle of Dogs' but was so repulsed by it I refuse to read 'Hornet's Nest' Which is your favourite Scarpetta book, why?

Two black basketball players from the United States have been
attacked by a group of youths in southern Poland,police said monday.
The two players,who are undercontract to Polish first division club Znicz Jaroslaw,
werw attacked on Sunday night outside a restaurant in the southern town of Jaroslaw,
a spokes man for the local police,Pawel Miedlar,was quoted by the PAP news agency as
saying.
One of the players had his jaw broken in the attack and the other sustained a facial
injury,Miedlar said.
The identities of the two players were not revealed,and the police in Jaroslaw are
still trying to identify their aggressors.
The only two black,American players listed on Znicz Jaroslaw's team roster are
Anthony Jewell Akins and Roberto Gittens.
Several foreigners playing for Polish teams,including Brazilian football players,have been
victims of racist attacks in Poland in recent months.
