Absolutely. It's been described many ways. One of my favorites is: "you will reap what you sow". It's the essence of "the golden rule": treat others the way you want to be treated.
Described in one word, it is karma. I fully believe in it.
Belief in karma helps transform us into kinder individuals.
It happens to me all the time. It helped teach me to stop repeating the same mistakes in life over and over. Fortunately, I learned to trust it in this lifetime. Some people don't learn it in time.

Karma exists, but it does not always reward or punish you for what is happening in this life; sometimes it is still dealing with your past lives, so " Bad things happen to good people" or bad people seem to get rewarded for doing bad. It will all even out in the end, after you are dead and can't tell anyone.

Its the only thing that happens to me. The big question is, does one have the courage to accept that whatever they experience, they have created. With that acceptance, great strides can be made in understanding the truths of life, God etc. Do you realize the power you reclaim by accepting the truth that you create your own life. You become the authority in your life rather than a "victim".

I do believe there are consequences for every action. If we live our lives with a motive of kindness, serving others, spreading joy, I believe we will naturally reap what we sew. You dish out enough garbage, and you start to smell yourself!! Their are always repercussions from what we, ourselves, set into action. It's the great circle of life.

No; I don't believe that, but it would be sweet if that were the case. That way, everyone would get exactly what they deserve - for good or ill.

no, better this; what you hold as your ultimate value, is the standard by which you make all your decisions. Your decisions have consequences. Your now, is your consequence from the supreme value you hold. BTW you were taught to value what you value.
