how to find birth of Horn, male, March 27 1960 in New Jersey?

When he was 2 his mother was murdered and father in prison, all 19 children were put in foster homes, adopted, or in orpanages. Can't find records on birth mother at all or marriage records on their marriage. Need to find roots. He feels so lost. We have tried Ancestry.com found some on father, but none on mother, like she never existed. Police wouldn't even send him records of his mothers murder even though it was over 40 years ago. We have come to whits end. Any help would be greatly appreciated. We have no money to afford lawyer or private detective. Thankyou.

Why did the Ancient Egyptians build tombs even after other ones were robbed?

They still built tombs after the built ones were robbed. I dont really understand, they lost and kind of knew they were going to lose de cades of work.

If you have a German heritage does that mean you are Jewish, or have a Jewish background?

I am working on my Genealogy with a professional Genealogist and discovered lots of German relatives, the lady I was working with said they were probably all Jewish. I told her I didn't think so, because I never heard that. I know my ancestors came in to Pa, but I never heard a word about them being Jewish.
